New Year
Bringing in the New Year at your Addison Park apartment in Charlotte, North Carolina? Here are a few party favor ideas to make your get-together sparkle!

New Year's Eve Party Favor Ideas

Use these ideas to add that extra special touch for your New Year's party!

Party Bags

Make your go-to popcorn or marshmallow treat recipe. Put generous servings of your treats in waxed paper bags and fold the tops over once. Affix them with a large gold star or decorated gift name label and seal them with glittery colorful clothespins or gold string.

Good Fortune Packets

You can use the same materials as your party bags, but place several fortune cookies in each package instead. These will surely leave your guests feeling that they'll have good fortune this New Year!

Sparkler Sets

For added entertainment, give your guests their own sparkler packets. Create fold-over paper labels that have hand-written sayings like, "May Your Year Sparkle!"

Glittery Truffle Treats

These truffles can be made with chocolate, cake, or even brownies! Find tiny cupcake papers at the party store for serving. To give them a glittery look, sprinkle the truffles with disco dust for cakes. Not sure where to find disco dust for desserts? Just look under the Grocery and Gourmet Food category at your favorite online shipping site!

Sparkling Parfaits

Serve desserts in parfait glasses that can come with sparklers to light at the stroke of midnight. Parfait layers can be whatever you fancy! Try pound cake (or banana cake), pudding, ganache (or fudge sauce), and berries, Top with disco dust or sparkling sugar for an extra dazzling finish!

May your year be filled with everything good the Queen City offers! At Addison Park, our resolution is to provide you with the very best in Charlotte apartment living. Call (844) 681-7057 to find out what floor plans are now available. Cheers!
